Customer design artwork
First, the customer confirms the pattern that needs to be printed, and sends the artwork to the customer service. The customer service will confirm the details of the design, such as fabric selection, pattern size, color type and so on.
Engineer confirms artwork
After confirming the design draft, the customer service will send the design draft to the engineer and detail the details and the engineer. The engineer will confirm the feasibility of the design draft and determine the proofing cost and production time.
After both parties confirmed the details, the sample preparation began. The process takes 3-7 days. When there is a sample message, the customer service will be communicated to the customer for the first time. Please rest assured and wait patiently.
Finally, the sample is completed, the engineer will make a sample to save the bottom, so that it can be used for later sample modification. Once the sample is completed, the customer service will take a photo to the customer to confirm the sample. If the customer is satisfied with the sample pattern, express it to the customer. If the customer is not satisfied with the pattern printing part, a second modification is made. The customer will inform the customer service of the part that needs to be modified, and the customer service will be conveyed to the engineer for secondary printing.
The customer has a chance to modify the sample for free, and if the printed pattern still needs to be modified, a separate proofing fee is required. I hope the customer understands, thank you.
